17-19 September 2010 - Inaugural Dragons Abreast Australia member convention in Hobart – with paddling taking place on the Franklin on 19 September 2010

Friday, 17 September 2010 7:00 AM to Sunday, 19 September 2010: The inaugural DAA National convention incorporates a regatta, workshops, socialising and is open to all card carrying members of Dragons Abreast Australia. There will be races for supporters and survivors alike. Full details of costs and venues will be released in the next 6 weeks. Darwin is the birthplace of Dragons Abreast and the home of our national office. So for 2010 we are delighted to announce the first Roadshow for 2010 and the very first Induction Course – a new national initiative - took place in Darwin. The Roadshow presentation was on Thursday 28th January.

Delia Lawrie - Pink Party 08

The Annual Pink Party - hosted by The Hon. Delia Lawrie, Member for Karama was held on 10th December 2009. A wonderful $2395.55 was raised for Dragons Abreast in less than 2 hours thanks to the generosity of so many supporters!
